Who is responsible

What this website collects
The website has no contact form, no accounts and no comments, so it does not ask you for any personal information.
It is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a company based in the United States, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) in order to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.
Cookies and advertising measurement
With your consent, the site loads a Google Ads tag, provided by Google Ireland Limited, that sets cookies to measure whether a visit from an advert leads to someone getting in touch. It is not used for personalised advertising. Without your consent the tag is not loaded at all.
The legal basis is your consent. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can withdraw or change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Maps
Maps are provided by Google Maps and are loaded only when you press "Show map". When you do, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
Where data is processed
Netlify and Google may process data on servers outside the European Union, including in the United States. Both commit, in their data processing terms, to the safeguards the GDPR requires for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
When you contact me
If you call, email or message me on WhatsApp, what you share is handled by your phone, email or WhatsApp provider and by me. I use it to reply to you and to arrange appointments.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, write to kolokotroni.nikolina@gmail.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
