Psychologist in Limassol
I offer individual therapy at my Limassol office: Anageniseos 6, Limassol 3052.
What can I help with?
I offer individual therapy for people who want a deeper understanding of themselves, tools to manage anxiety and stress, and better ways to handle difficulties at work and in relationships.
Our work is tailored to your needs and goals, whether that means understanding long-standing patterns or finding practical ways to cope with stress. My experience includes working with trauma, grief, anxiety and interpersonal difficulties.
How do I work?
My work is rooted in the Integrative Model, which blends psychodynamic therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This gives us the flexibility to explore deep-seated emotional issues or to build practical strategies for managing daily stressors, depending on what you need.
I believe in a collaborative, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings.
Training
I hold a BSc in Psychology and a postgraduate diploma in Psychodynamic Counseling from the University of Essex, and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Nicosia.
