Therapeutic approach
My work is rooted in the Integrative Model, which blends psychodynamic therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This gives us the flexibility to explore deep-seated emotional issues or to build practical strategies for managing daily stressors, depending on what you need.
I believe in a collaborative, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings.
Continuing professional development
I am committed to continuing professional development (CPD): engaging with current research, attending seminars and taking part in conferences. This keeps me informed about developments in psychology, which I bring into my practice.
